[Phil Christman]

President

Phil Christman

As President of NC2, Phil will be responsible for the global growth and profitability of both the International and Cat on-highway truck brands outside of North America. Already a member of the NC2 board of directors, Phil officially joins NC2 from Navistar where he served as Navistar’s President of Global Truck Operations with accountability for all truck operations outside the U.S., Canada and Mexico. Prior to this role he ran the vocational truck business as Vice President and General Manager of the Severe Service Vehicle Center. He began his career with International Truck in 1986 and worked his way through a series of engineering leadership roles, including VP of Engineering and VP of Product Creation at International’s Truck Development and Technology Center. Phil holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Indiana Institute of Technology, and a master’s in business administration from Ball State University.


[Bob Hill]

Chief Financial Officer

Bob Hill

Bob serves as Chief Financial Officer of NC2, having been appointed from Caterpillar when the company was formed in September 2009. As CFO, he is responsible for global financial management for both International and Cat truck products outside of North America. Bob joined Caterpillar in 2006 where he reinvented financial reporting for one of Cat's business units. He has global experience in both Eastern and Western hemispheres, including Belgium, China and France. Bob earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from DePaul University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago.


[Tom Baughman]

Vice President, Product Development

Tom Baughman

In his role as Vice President of Product Development, Tom will oversee the Engineering department and is tasked with driving the Product Development function. Tom joins NC2 from Navistar where he served as VP for Truck and Engine integrating the business side of the MaxxForce 15 program effort. Prior to that, Tom was the VP and GM in the Truck Group where he was instrumental in implementing a highly successful International ProStar and LoneStar. Tom originally came to Navistar from Ford Motor Company, where for over 32 years he led several key functions for the Company’s Truck business, including the role of Engineering Director. Tom holds a bachelor’s of science degree from Denison University and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University. He also completed the Executive Program at the University of Michigan Business School.


[Jim Moise]

Executive Director, Purchasing

Jim Moise

In his role of Executive Director of Purchasing of NC2, Jim is charged with maximizing global efficiencies in purchasing for both International and Cat truck operations outside of North America. Jim had over a decade of experience with Navistar and prior to joining NC2 he acted as Program Manager in the Heavy Vehicle Center, Purchasing Director and Engineering Manager for the Body Group. Jim worked in engieering and management roles in the truck, automotive and aircraft industries before joining Navistar. He graduated from the University of Kansas with two Bachelor of Science degrees in Architectural Engineering and Civil Engineering, and holds a Master of Management and Organizational Behavior from Benedictine University.


[Jeffrey Rusell]

Executive Director, Manufacturing

Chad Conley

As Executive Director of Manufacturing Operations, Jeff is responsible for the global excellence of both International and Cat truck manufacturing outside of North America. Jeff joined Navistar in 1998 as a Design Engineer and also held positions in Customer Service, Quality and Manufacturing Operations before moving to NC2 in May of 2011. While at Navistar, Jeff led his quality and production teams to two J.D. Power & Associate Awards in Vocational and Heavy Duty Truck Satisfaction and led the Garland Assembly Plant Quality and Operations teams during record growth in manufacturing flexibility with numerous product introductions throughout the commercial and military segments. Jeff received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio University and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Wright State University.


[Marcelo Maceira]

Executive Director, Sales and Marketing

Marcelo Maceira

Appointed in September 2009 upon the formation of the company, Marcelo serves as Executive Director of Sales & Marketing of NC2 Global LLC, and is responsible for worldwide sales for both International and Cat truck outside of North America. Starting as a Sales Administration Trainee for Navistar in 1999 Marcelo later worked in Navistar's Engine and Truck Groups where he was responsible for sales, marketing and dealer development. Most recently, Marcelo has served as Regional Vice President for the Latin American and Caribbean markets. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Wisconsin and a Master in Business Administration from Barry University.


[Bill Fulton]

Executive Director, Dealer Operations

Bill Fulton

Bill joined NC2 as Executive Director of Dealer Operations. Previously, Bill served as the Cat Marketing Manager for Global Truck Engine Business where he led the development of Speciality On-Highway Engine business and increased growth of fire trucks, school buses, motor coaches, transit and other speciality vehicle segments. In his role as General Manager for Truck Engines in the Asia/Pacific region, Bill led the introduction of Cat On-Highway ACERT Technology engines. Bill graduated from Bradley University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration & Management.


[Mike Smith]

Executive Director, Product Support

Mike Smith

As Executive Director of Product Support of NC2, Mike is responsible for maintaining the high level of support for both International and Cat truck products beyond North America. Prior to joining NC2 in 2009, Mike worked around the world at the Caterpillar District Offices in Ohio, North Carolina, Chile and Saudi Arabia. Mike joined Caterpillar in 1988 and has held several managerial positions in Sales, Parts and Service & Warranty. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Colorado Schools of Mines and holds an EMBA degree from IMD in Switzerland.
